For party groups up to 160 people with live entertainment and disco. Book your party night between Friday 24th November - Saturday 23rd December 7pm - 2am. Sunday 7pm - 2am.
The Terrace Suite
Ideally suited for private parties of 50-70 people.
The Oak Room Restaurant
Dine in the intimate surroundings of the award winning Oak Room restaurant from Monday to Saturday. Traditional Sunday Lunch is available throughout the Christmas period.
The Christmas Marquee
Weekend party night spectaculars in our luxury heated Marquee with superb live entertainment and disco party music for groups of up to 240 people. All round tables are set for groups of 8, 10 or 12. Smaller parties will be joined together on larger tables. 7pm - 1am.

General Booking Information
Tickets for parties of 2-20 are payable when booking and are non refundable.
Due to the popularity of our events, table configuration is at the discretion of the venue.
The management reserves the right to change the artistes advertised without prior notice in the event of force majeure, ill health or any forces beyond our control.
All information is correct at the time of going to live online, but may be subject to alteration.
All prices quoted are per person.

Christmas Private/Corporate Parties 2007
Deposit
A deposit of 50% based on the cost of your function, together with a letter of confirmation will secure your reservation.
Number of guests
Confirmation of final numbers is required by the 1st November with payment in full.
Your account
For companies who do not hold an account with the hotel, payment of the estimated total balance is required by the 1st November. Any additional expense can be settled on the day.
Christmas and New Year breaks
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required when booking and the balance is payable on departure. |
